With 40 years of experience buying and selling on every major platform, I handle everything — from photography and pricing to negotiations and pick-up — so you don't have to lift a finger.
About Sue
I've spent over four decades immersed in the world of online buying and selling — and I still genuinely love every part of it. For me, it's not just about moving furniture. It's about honoring the life someone put into curating their home, and finding pieces the right buyer who will treasure them just as much.
I specialize in furniture, home décor, and appliances, serving families in Danville, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, and the surrounding East Bay. Whether you're downsizing, relocating, or settling an estate, I handle everything with transparency, care, and results.
The Process
My process is designed to be completely hands-off for you. I manage every detail — from the first visit to the final payout.
We meet to determine which items are saleable based on condition and current market demand. I bring my expertise — you bring the coffee.
I conduct a thorough retail and resale comp analysis and deliver a detailed pricing spreadsheet. You choose the strategy that feels right for you.
I photograph, stage, and list every item across three platforms — handling all buyer inquiries, negotiations, and weeding out scammers, so you never have to.
I coordinate and attend every showing and pick-up. You receive cash payouts on a pre-determined schedule, plus full transparency at every step.
Before & After
When an item needs cleaning, polishing, or a bit of sprucing up to fetch top dollar, we take care of it. The results speak for themselves.
Client Reviews
"She handles everything from start to finish — her integrity, reliability and tenacity are superb."
Finding Sue was the best part of my huge relocation and life change. She is an absolute gem to work with and is worth her fee, especially during stressful times of moving, downsizing, and relocating. She handles everything from start to finish. She is spot on with her research and pricing — there was very little negotiation or price dropping required.
"Sue and her husband exceeded our expectations — cleaning up our furniture resulted in a higher dollar amount."
Sue handled everything. Her process is very thorough — from viewing items, getting details on age and purchase price, taking photos, to meeting buyers and coordinating transport. She and her husband exceeded our expectations by cleaning up our furniture, which resulted in a higher dollar amount.
"Sue's assistance was effortless. 5 Stars."
If you're selling your house and need to unload furniture, you need to speak with Sue. Unless you have no job and no kids, you will not have the time to deal with consignment stores, Facebook Marketplace, or Craigslist. Sue's assistance was effortless. 5 Stars.
"She made the whole ordeal completely painless — and made us a tidy little sum as well!"
Sue handled everything! She communicated with us frequently about offers and pickups and made the whole ordeal completely painless. And she made us a tidy little sum as well! I highly recommend her — she's the best!
"She is endlessly resourceful, capable, level-headed, and a joy to work with."
When my 85-year-old mother became very ill and had to move out of her San Francisco apartment in short order, we enlisted Sue's help. We could not have done it without her. Sue's positive, can-do approach relieved all of our anxiety and put us at ease in a very difficult period. She is endlessly resourceful, capable, level-headed, and a joy to work with.
"She identified items of significant value that could easily have been overlooked — finds that made a real difference to the final outcome."
Working with Sue during the liquidation of my father's estate was a genuinely positive experience during what could easily have been an overwhelming process. From the outset, she brought a warm, personable manner that made the work feel collaborative rather than transactional. She was thorough in her approach and took real personal initiative — including taking the time to restore several pieces of furniture that were showing their age, which meaningfully increased their value and reflected a level of care that went well beyond what we expected.
One of Sue's most impressive contributions was her sharp eye for what matters. In the course of working through the estate, she identified items of significant value that could easily have been overlooked — finds that made a real difference to the final outcome. Her organizational skills were equally strong: she managed the logistics of pricing, selling, and coordinating pickups in a way that was efficient and well-run throughout.
We were particularly grateful for how thoughtfully Sue worked alongside our realtor. Estate liquidation and property preparation can easily come into conflict, but she coordinated carefully to ensure the two processes complemented rather than interfered with each other — a detail that speaks to her professionalism and situational awareness.
We genuinely enjoyed working with Sue and recommend her without reservation to anyone navigating the demands of an estate liquidation. She brings competence, conscientiousness, and a human touch to work that families are often doing during difficult times.
What I Sell
My focus is furniture, but I can help across your whole home. If you're not sure whether I can sell it, just ask — I'm always happy to take a look.
I earn a percentage of the final sale price — which means I'm just as motivated as you are to get top dollar. No upfront fees, ever.
I take on consignments where my commission clears $500 — that way the time I invest is worth it for both of us. Not sure if your items qualify? Reach out — I'm always happy to take a look.
Every item is listed across three social media platforms and updated regularly until sold. More eyes on your items means faster sales at better prices.
